In West Michigan the full green leaves arrive about the 1st of June and stay on the trees until about September 15th.

The fall color change starts about September 15th and runs thru October 15th. Most of the leaves are off the trees by the the 1st week of November.

Here is a rough guide to sunshine in West Michigan:
January 10% sunny
February 10% sunny
March 25% sunny
April 50% sunny
May 50% sunny
June 70% sunny
July 80% sunny
August 80% sunny
September 60% sunny
October 50% sunny
November 30% sunny
December 20% sunny

If your building is facing north, it is best to photograph between May - August, due to the daily northern swing of the sun.

So if you're looking for pictures of your building with blue skies and landscaping as green & full as possible, then the months of July and August are probably the best time. We are happy to photograph your building at any time, but the weather is out of our control. We check multi-weather services before going out on a shoot and will confer with you regarding the weather. We want your images to be the best they can be.
