Our standard rate is $20 per hour. This is the same rate for all services, these include the following: pre-shoot prep, set-up, a photo shoot, tear-down, photo editing, and CD/DVD prep work. In addition to these services we also supply our professional photo equipment, a studio and over 20 years of photographic expertise. All included in the $20 per hour rate.
We specialize in the following areas product, industrial, & architectural photography. Listed below are some examples of typical photo costs.
Examples of Typical Product In-Studio Photography Pricing
- A single table-top product shot in-studio with the background removed/knocked-out, about 1 hour for the 1st product or $20. For similar items shot in the same setting the price drops sharply as the item count raises.
- A garment/clothing/fabrics product shot in-studio with the background knocked-out, about 2 hours for the 1st product or $40. For similar items shot in the same setting the price drops as the item count raises.
- A single small (less than 3") product or Macro/Close-up photography shot in-studio with the background knocked-out, about 2.5 hours for the 1st product or $50. For similar items shot in the same setting the price drops some as the item count raises.
- Grouped products shot in-studio are more complex to photograph. The cost to complete is based on type of product, number of items, and type of background. Please request a free estimate with a description of your grouping(s) for pricing.
Examples of Typical Industrial On-Location Photography Pricing
- Industrial Photography of a complex machine with the background knocked-out, normally about 3 hours at your site and 9 hours of pre & post shoot work = $240 + mileage.
- Industrial Photography of a complex machine without backgrounds removed, normally about 3 hours at your site and 3 hours of pre & post shoot work = $120 + mileage.
- Industrial Photography of a basic machine with backgrounds removed with the background knocked-out, normally about 2 hours at your site and 4 hours of pre & post shoot work = $120 + mileage.
- Industrial Photography of a basic machine without backgrounds removed, normally about 2 hours at your site and 2 hours of pre & post shoot work = $80 + mileage.
Note: The cost per image will drop as the number of items photographed increases at a shoot.
Examples of Typical Architectural Photography Pricing
- Architectural Full Day Shoot, 8 hours at your site(s) and 16 hours of pre & post shoot work = $480 + mileage.
- Architectural 1/2 Day Shoot, 4 hours at your site(s) and 8 hours of pre & post shoot work = $240 + mileage.
Extra costs:
Mileage is charged at the standard IRS rate .50 cents per mile.
CDs/DVDs are $10 each.
Shipping is $10 via US Priority mail.

as possible, please have your product/site in the best
possible camera ready condition.

1-Request a free estimate
2-We email you a no obligation estimate
3-Determine the best date for shoot based on your timeframe
4-Set-up, shoot & tear-down (this is normally about 1/3
of the billable time)
5-Edit, organize & finalize images (this is normally
about 2/3 of the billable time)
6-Email final proof sheets and invoice
7-Receive payment
8-Mail finished full size images on a CD or DVD
A finished project package sent via the postal service
includes the following: a CD or DVD with full size high rez
images in high quality JPEG format and low rez JPEG for web
use, if requested full size high rez images in Tiff and or
PSD-transparent background formats are also available. Also
included are printed contact sheets with thumbnails and
descriptions of your images. The finished images come ready
to publish. There are no added fees to reuse them for other
purposes and there is no expiration date on the
royalty-free status. We do retain the right to use the
images for use in CDI publications. We reserve the right to
accept or refuse any project.
